Let me tell you about my easy summer salad hack.
It’s my favorite thing as of a few months ago (May to be exact) and I want to share with you.
Who doesn’t love to save time and also feel like they are indulging in a delicious and well planned meal….even though it’s taking you less than thirty minutes.
This is my favorite summer salad because I can add my protein of choice and top it onto the salad.

Out of all the salad kit’s that I have tried, Taylor’s Salad kit’s give you that take out experience in the comfort of your own home.
My go-to’s are the Caesar and the Asian Salad.
They are so good.
These kit’s are great for two people or two large salad portions.

Incorporating Easy Meal’s

When I eat for satiety and flavor and health my brain functions at such a higher rate than when I focus on just quick.
I need that quick and healthy balance and these easy salad recipe’s and salad kits help me maintain my mental health.
