Farmacy Honey Trio
I believe it was the AD of a lifetime that enticed me to buy the trio set as I was in dire need of a Honeymoon Glow refill.
The deal being offered was on par with what one product was going to cost me, so I thought……..
It’s now or never.
I love trying new things and especially new things involving skin care.
Farmacy was a brand that my friend (who should be starting a beauty blog of her own, but she’s busy saving lives) pointed me to.
I have to give credit where credit is due.
And honestly, she has never steered me wrong.
But, I cannot mention one friend and not mention another friend, who is actually a well established K beauty blogger herself.
If you are into K Beauty, check out Peeping Pomeranian.
I promise you won’t be disappointed; you’ll be happy that you’ve found her blog & Instagram.
I am very blessed and lucky to know people who have no qualms in sharing their finds and their friendship and it makes me understand how blessed I am to have friends like them.
Honeymoon Glow
Honeymoon Glow is no stranger to Bella Kate 22, as it is a night-time routine staple in my personal routine at this point.
This resurfacing night serum is a must have if you want to encourage a high cell turnover rate.
As we age, turning over our skin cells does not happen at the rate it did when we were younger.
This means we all need a little help to make that happen, and this AHA formula is a perfect fit for most.
I have mentioned before that I have combination skin…… which means; I am dry in some places, normal in other places and oily in other places (my t-zone).
Using this night serum has helped make my skin less dull and has evened out my skin tone and lightened dark spots.
Even when I run out of vitamin C serum, I don’t freak out because I know this night serum from the Farmacy Honey Glow Trio series will work wonders on my skin.
I use this every other night (but it is recommended to use at least twice a week when starting out).
Farmacy Honey-Filling Good
This stuff amazes me every time I use it.
You can put this on in the morning and again at night, and it works wonders.
The scent on this particular product is earthy and floral (as in you feel like your nose has found itself up against a flower petal and spa calm enters the chat).
Before I began using this, I had noticed how I wasn’t a fan of my newer laugh lines (because “I dearly love to laugh”)….
After using this product, I woke up the next morning and said, “what laugh lines.?”
It worked pretty instantly and it worked amazingly well.
From that moment on, I was basically a fan of this set and products individually.
Honey Halo
So, Honey Halo really went there.
It really was like, coming for a place in my moisturizer favorites cabinet spot.
End verdict?
Honey Halo will always have a home in my cupboard space and in my budget.
It will forever go down as a warmer weather summer moisturizing cream that I reach for.
The texture is whipped, the color lemon and the scent sweet, but light.
Less is more with this moisturizer (meaning you don’t have to use a lot of it).
Honey Halo glides onto the skin and sinks in with ease and perfectly works day or night.
Conclusion
I have to say, this trio gets a ten out of ten.
It get’s five stars.
Space on my cabinet shelf.
Room in my budget.
The works.
Ultimately, it is a luxury spend (in my opinion) and if I had to decide on only one product out of the trio, I would always pick Honeymoon Glow….
Anything else is a bonus.
I think in skincare, it matters that we make time for one main splurge item that works…… and budget it in.
If you are able to do it, I say go for it.
But also, you shouldn’t feel pressure to if you are not financially able.
I think skincare should be available for all skin types and all budgets.
It’s a necessity and not a luxury.
I will say, that Farmacy Beauty is the most expensive skincare brand that I have in my rotation of skincare and using it is probably my one investment anchor in my routine.
If you were thinking about getting Honeymoon Glow, or the Farmacy Honey Glow Trio I hope this post helps you decide if it’s a right fit for you.
Let me know in the comments.
Talk to you soon.
