Once upon a time there was a blog called Impatient Foodie.

Impatient Foodie was a blog that I really enjoyed reading, and it was a great way for a young twenty something to get creative in the kitchen.

Cut to today, and this two-ingredient pizza is still a classic reference point recipe for me.
