You know that amazing dreamlike feeling when you go on vacation and you leave just enough space in your luggage for a few new items from stores you don’t have at home?

I think shopping in a different city is the best way to get to know a city, because shopping leads to walking and walking leads to coffee shops and food stops.

Ironically, you’ll likely never set foot in that exact shop ever again by the time you get back to the vacation spot you frequented the first time.

It usually is a first and a last time, so why not enjoy it?

That is what inspired this blog post.

What would I get if I were just to shop and not look at the price tag?

Here is what I came up with.

I really love the simplicity of this gown. Over the weekend, I got to see my great-great-great-aunts dress, and this gives off a similar vibe (but hers was chefs kiss). This dress is still really fun if you ask me.

This shoe is a blast from my past. Every millennial will either appreciate or hate this shoe.

I love the silhouette of this skirt, as well as the color blocking at the waist. Very late 80s and 1990s.

A brown leather jacket with a belt seems so chic. I really love this.

If you have Chanel money, why would you not buy the belt bag? Classic.

Flat loafers. I don’t own flat loafers, but these two are great options that I am sure I can find for much cheaper.

Baggy pants. I think this is a fun look.

These look good in theory.

I think my main focus is in the Valentino edits that are actually Zimmerman. Look at these blouses. These are perfect.

This is such a versatile layering option. I want one in black, white, and burgundy.

Colorful heels that will go with almost anything.

Classic slacks. Yes, please.

I like this bag shape.

Modern Cinderella dress for the Disney adults *raises hand*.

Such a fun tailored blazer.

This is just a classic Chanel dupe that gives what it needs to be giving. Luxury at a mid-range price.

These are the boots that you buy, but talk yourself out of wearing because of the heel.

However, when you do wear them, they make every outfit you pair them with so much better.
