Summer Sneakers for an Extra Pep in Your Step

Summer sneakers are very fun to have.

The point of wearing summer sneakers is to allow for comfort and style.

This summer, I did a pretty decent revamp of my summer wardrobe. It was long overdue.

I have a lot of things in storage, and most of those items are in my opinion, archival pieces, so I had some shopping to do.

One of the stops on my list was to gather some decent, stylish, comfy summer sneakers.

Quality Versus Quantity

For me, I needed to feel like I was investing in a nice pair of shoes that I could run in if I wanted to or needed to.

I always look for a cheaper option first — check out dupes, and see if I like anything.

Sometimes I like a dupe more than I like the original in terms of fashion.

Other times, I loathe the dupe and can see the point in investing.

White Sneakers

I invested in a pair of New Balance 515 V3 sneakers in white.

Obsessed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

They are really great to pair with almost any outfit and are super comfy.

I find myself going from day activities to a leisurely dog walk in a matter of seconds without having to change my outfit or shoes.

Dressier But Casual Sneakers

For this shoe I really wanted that preppy look and I think I found a great pair for $40ish from H&M.

These are super comfy even though they are a bit platformed.

I really cannot get enough of these shoes either.

Other Sneakers

Adidas are kind of the cool sneaker this summer, I think.

This New Balance is the Yeezy of the bunch. Very modern with a classic twist.

Love a neon pop of color.
